Emily is a CLMGK Senior Attorney and practices in the Firm’s real estate, corporate and business transactions departments.
In the real estate department, Emily represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in the acquisition and disposition of all types of residential and commercial real estate, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, title clearance, and conducting due diligence in connection with such transactions.
In the corporate and business transaction departments, Emily represents clients in all facets of asset and stock purchase and sale transactions, and general corporate agreements, including the preparation of asset sale agreements, stock sale agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements and other similar type agreements.
Emily is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
