Lynda is a CLMGK Partner and has a diverse legal background encompassing the areas of business and corporate transactions; healthcare; employment matters; estate planning, administration and litigation; guardianship proceedings and planning for the elderly and disabled; real estate; and commercial litigation. Lynda’s broad experience allows her to handle matters for clients across all of the Firm’s departments.
Lynda counsels individual healthcare providers and healthcare practices in a wide array of areas including employment matters (both employees and employers); practice formation, governance, and partner relations; sale and acquisition of practices and ancillary issues; management arrangements; regulatory matters; and general business and practice matters. Lynda has extensive experience drafting and negotiating employment and independent contractor agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, purchase and sale and related agreements, management agreements, real estate agreements, and handling general matters pertaining to business operations, partner relations and employee matters, for all types of businesses.
In the trusts and estates practice, Lynda works with clients on their estate planning, drafts wills and trusts, handles all aspects of administering estates including probate and intestacy proceedings and estate litigation, as well as special needs planning, guardianship proceedings, and related matters. Lynda also works with the litigation department drafting pleadings and motions, performing discovery, making court appearances, and negotiating settlements.
Lynda is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
